Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through 1PIXEL APP, including subscriptions and digital hosting services, and is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including those in the United States and Europe.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered.
  • The service was not delivered as described.
  • The customer no longer wants the service, provided the request falls within the 30-day window and the service has not been materially used. Determinations are made at 1PIXEL APP's sole discretion.

Refunds are only available for eligible purchases and are not guaranteed. Each request will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Refunds are not permitted for:

  • Custom work or bespoke development services, unless specifically agreed otherwise.
  • Services already delivered and fulfilled as described.
  • Any request made after the 30-day window from purchase.
  • Discounted services and promotional offers, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

3. Refunds for Subscription Services

Refunds may be granted for subscription payments only if the customer cancels within 30 days of purchase, the request is due to dissatisfaction with the service, and the customer has not abused the platform or requested multiple refunds in the past. Partial refunds are not provided for remaining time in the billing cycle after cancellation unless agreed on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@1pixel.app. In your email, include:

  • Full name and email associated with your account
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue and reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will notify you via email once your request has been received and processed.

5. Processing Time & Communication

All refund requests are processed within 10 days of receipt. Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

6. Abuse, Fraud & Fair Use

1PIXEL APP reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of our refund policy, excessive or repeat refund requests from the same customer, or evidence of account misuse including fraudulent activity. Such determinations will be made at 1PIXEL APP's sole discretion.

7. Currency & Language

All refunds are issued in the same currency as the initial payment. This policy is written in American English.

8. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, particularly within the European Union. If you are based in the EU, you may be entitled to additional protections, including the right to cancel certain digital purchases within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless performance has begun with your consent.
